Here is as much information as possible compiled together.

Jarett Dunn, also known as Stacc or StaccOverflow, was one of the most controversial developers in the Solana ecosystem.

In 2024 he became infamous after what many now call the “Stacc Attack”, a dramatic exploit connected to pumpfun, the Solana memecoin launchpad responsible for launching thousands of shittokens during the memecoin boom.

The incident allegedly resulted in millions being siphoned from the platform and its ecosystem.

It was a kind of Robin Hood action in crypto. I remember it well.

The story became so widely known that it was later featured in Darknet Diaries Episode 152, titled “Stacc Attack”, which described the exploit almost like a theatrical crypto heist.

Dunn eventually pleaded guilty and received a prison sentence.

Today he is still posting on X.

But he is doing so from inside a UK prison.

Dunn is apparently currently incarcerated in an HMP facility in the United Kingdom that houses foreign nationals.

According to his own statements, his deportation order was already served more than 2 months ago, yet authorities have still not scheduled a flight for his removal.

In a public message addressed directly to UK MP Shabana Mahmood, he wrote that his Earliest Removal Date was moved forward to match the day of his sentencing.

He claims that no other foreign national prisoner around him has such an early removal date, suggesting diplomatic pressure may have accelerated the decision.

Despite that, he says he remains stuck in the system.

His posts describe the bureaucratic limbo in detail. He claims prison officials told him “2 to 3 weeks” regarding deportation roughly 2 weeks ago, yet no progress has been made.

He also noted that he has not experienced violence inside prison, writing that there have been “no beatings or rapes”, and that he has made both friends and “frenemies” while incarcerated.

One particularly unusual detail from his updates is how much he allegedly spent trying to regain access to the internet.

According to Dunn, he spent around $50,000 attempting to obtain a cellphone inside prison before eventually giving up.

In early March 2026 Dunn suddenly escalated the situation by releasing what he claims are internal communications related to pumpfun.

He publicly published personal Telegram chat logs and related materials, stating that he is acting as a whistleblower.

In a public statement dated March 3, 2026, he wrote that he was formerly part of the #pumpfun development team and that he was releasing the communications voluntarily.

According to Dunn, the reason for publishing the material is concern for his physical safety.

By making the files public, he says he is no longer the only person holding the information and therefore cannot be silenced.

Alongside the leaks, Dunn continues to post cryptic commentary about the crypto industry. In one post he wrote simply: “you're all doing this crypto thing wrong.”

In another he repeated a long running meme phrase: “all your base are belong to us.”

His X account biography has also become part of the spectacle.

He repeatedly posts that “there is only one token” and “there is only one NFT,” referring to the collection Based_Staccs_0.

At times he also jokes about the future media portrayal of his story, mentioning potential books, movies, or even Netflix productions about what he calls “the rise and fall of the pumpdotfun empire.”

Within the crypto community his reputation remains extremely polarizing.

Some view him as a notorious rugger and opportunist connected to one of the most dramatic exploits in Solana’s memecoin era.

Others see him as an insider developer who may be exposing uncomfortable truths about how parts of the ecosystem operate.

The most recent development is the release of those Telegram leaks and the promise of additional “proof” still to come.

I have not looked at the leaked files yet because I am currently on the move, but I will go through them soon.
