🚨 The $ZACHXBT Story: Rug Pull or Misunderstood Genius? 🚨
Did @ZachXBT, the most renowned crypto scam investigator, just rug his own token?
Let’s dive into the details with $MASTR eyes
👇👇👇
Background:
Amid the frenzy of meme tokens, $TRUMP and $MELANIA were launched, igniting a wave of excitement and speculation. The community joked that with the "scam family" entering crypto, @ZachXBT would have plenty of new material to investigate.
During this buzz, the "Justice for ZachXBT" token was launched, with the community rallying behind @ZachXBT and driving the token to an $89M market cap in just 2 hours.
50% of the supply was sent directly to Zach as a tribute for his contributions, and he initially added it to Raydium’s liquidity pool.
What Zach Did
Added Liquidity: ZachXBT added 50% of his tokens to a single-sided Raydium pool. The market cap skyrocketed from $5M to $80M in just 2 hours.
Withdrew Liquidity Twice: Zach removed:
-- 1.7M $ZACHXBT and 340 $SOL
-- 89M $ZACHXBT and 15,771 $SOL
Total: 91M $ZACHXBT and 16,111 $SOL (~$3.87M)
These funds were transferred to @Wintermute_t for safekeeping.
Locked the Pool: He later re-added 96M $ZACHXBT to the liquidity pool to stabilize trading.
Sold $CRIME: Received 50% of another meme token, $CRIME, selling $57K worth, still holding a portion in his wallet.
What Happened Next?
The token’s price crash wasn’t directly caused by Zach’s actions. Instead, it was fueled by widespread FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) and a lack of understanding about liquidity mechanics among traders.
Analysis
Zach’s actions showcased a level of responsibility:
By adding liquidity, he facilitated trading for the community.
Withdrawing a portion (~10%) secured financial gains many feel he deserved.
Re-adding liquidity demonstrated no intention to rug.
Today, Zach still holds 1% of the supply (~$132K at a $15M market cap), sparking fierce debates: Did ZachXBT rug, or was it just "Game is Game"?
One thing’s certain—the $ZACHXBT saga is far from over. 👀
