🚨 FUD Alert:
Claims that #Google Play NOW “requires a license” for software wallet apps in the US & EU or is blocking wallets are false!

Here’s the reality 👇

Facts:
1️⃣ Normal practice: Google has always required crypto & e-wallet devs to comply with local laws in certain regions. This isn’t new or unusual, Apple’s App Store does the same.
Right now, we’re dealing with the same issues ourselves with Apple for our own apps.

2️⃣ No instant ban/license wall: There is no blanket license mandate in US/EU right now. Apps can still be published if they meet the legal requirements of their target markets.

3️⃣ Upcoming change (Oct 29, 2025): Google will roll out new crypto app guidelines, but no rule says wallets must hold a license today.

4️⃣ EU ads under MiCA (Apr 23, 2025): CASP license is needed only for advertising crypto wallets in the EU — not for listing the app itself.

5️⃣ Enforcement is targeted: Google can request proof of compliance or reject apps individually, but this is case-by-case, not a global block.

📌 Bottom line: This is routine platform policy, misrepresented as a sudden crackdown. No “license wall” exists today, the hysteria is unfounded.

Don’t let crypto be FUDed by crypto people.

This is all normal and was expected.

No panic.

But people only listen to me once it’s already happened anyway.

So like & retweet.
