I will not be lulled by your lies. I want facts, and the entire crypto world wants them too.
What you have not delivered since 10/10 is far more important than any open letter.
➡️No full mark price record.
➡️No index component logs.
➡️No price band data.
➡️No per second liquidation and ADL metrics.
➡️No engine versioning.
➡️No parameter freeze logs.
➡️No latency and error rate metrics.
➡️No insurance fund transaction history for the event window.
➡️No proof of matching neutrality.
➡️No proof that proprietary desks were not net selling into cascading liquidations.
➡️No audit trail that shows how your systems behaved when it mattered most.
You ask for trust while withholding the only data that could justify it.
You publish PR numbers about recovered deposits and “risk protection” while ignoring the one event that destroyed confidence for thousands of users.
You talk about transparency while operating the most opaque matching and liquidation engine in the industry.
10/10 was not followed by a technical post mortem. Not by an engineering breakdown. Not by verifiable system evidence. Only marketing, blog posts, and selective narratives.
That is not how a serious financial venue behaves after a systemic stress event.
Listings full of obvious garbage. Delistings without warning. Trading interruptions during volatility. Support vanishing when money is gone.
KOL relationships all over X. A monopoly footprint through Binance, Trust Wallet, and the surrounding ecosystem where responsibility becomes conveniently blurred.
You cannot present yourselves as the guardians of crypto while refusing to open the black box when users demand answers.
Trust is not rebuilt with slogans, yellow hearts, and reserve screenshots.
Trust is rebuilt when you are willing to expose how your engine actually behaved when users were wiped out.
Many are no longer asking for apologies.
They are asking for data.
I am asking for data
And you still refuse to provide it.
