3. **Fake Airdrop Claim Forms**: The website may ask users to enter their wallet credentials or seed phrases to claim the airdrop. Alternatively, it might ask users to connect their wallet via a wallet connector like MetaMask.
4. **Approval for Token Transfers**: If the user connects their wallet, the site may prompt them to approve a transaction. This transaction is often disguised as a legitimate action (e.g., claiming the airdrop) but is actually granting the scammer permission to transfer tokens out of the user's wallet.
5. **Draining the Wallet**: Once the user approves the transaction, the scammer gains access to the user's wallet and can transfer funds out of it. The user’s tokens are then swiftly moved to the scammer’s wallet.
