Supply and revenue

The official TRUMP website states that 200 million tokens were available on day one, with a total of one billion released over three years. It says CIC Digital LLC and Fight Fight Fight LLC collectively own 80%, subject to an unlocking schedule. It also identifies affiliated businesses receiving revenue from trading activity.

These disclosures describe concentrated economic interests. A buyer depends on the resale market for their position; an affiliated business can receive trading revenue even when some buyers lose. Trading activity and holder profitability can therefore move in opposite directions.

Read the rights, not the name

The issuer describes the token as an expression of support and says it is not intended as an investment opportunity. Its branding does not give holders shares in the Trump Organization, a claim on government assets or a guaranteed redemption value. A promotional description does not settle every legal question, either.

To evaluate supply risk, compare unlock schedules with actual releases, destinations and available liquidity. The issuer page establishes the advertised arrangement. MASTR's wallet study and pool study examine a dated onchain snapshot. Neither source should be silently substituted for the other.
