My ass.

Now this deeply corrupt figure wants to weaken post 2008 bank capital safeguards that were put in place after the financial crisis.

Rules designed to make big banks safer are being softened again, giving Wall Street more room and less restraint.

And that is especially cynical, because the 2008 crash and the bailout era were among the central conditions that led to #Bitcoin in the first place.

Nothing this administration says or does is for the public good or for crypto.

At the same time, bootlickers like Brian Armstrong keep pretending at every opportunity that this administration is pro crypto.

It is only pro self enrichment. Nothing else. After them, the flood.

It is an oligarchic, technocratic regime that is hollowing out every safeguard meant to protect the population, while handing even more freedom and power to those who already dominate everything.
