I genuinely don’t think you understand what I do, or who you just approached.
KCEX is a Seychelles-registered offshore CEX.
I could find no KCEX entry in the Seychelles FSA’s public VASP register, no independently verifiable Proof of Reserves, and no transparent public disclosure of the people ultimately controlling the exchange.
What KCEX advertises as a US “MSB licence” is a FinCEN registration.
FinCEN itself explicitly states that MSB registration is not an endorsement, certification of legitimacy, or proof that a company is financially safe or sound.
South Korea’s FIU has already identified KCEX as an unregistered overseas virtual-asset operator, referred the matter to investigative authorities, pursued domestic blocking of its website and app, and instructed registered Korean exchanges to prevent transactions with it.
Your own affiliate programme offers commissions of up to 100%, lifetime revenue share, and literally promises the “monetisation of your influence.”
In plain English: you want access to my credibility and audience in exchange for a cut of their trading activity.
You approached someone who investigates exactly this combination of regulatory opacity, unverifiable reserves, offshore structures and influencer-driven customer acquisition, and apparently expected a promo code.
That is not just bad due diligence.
It`s fucking hilarious.
