The sequence in the dossier
The public-evidence dossier examines MEME on Robinhood Chain, token 0x385F4f8ae47651ce5F58F5265395a669f8281e18. It records deployment on 3 September 2026 at 20:30:05 UTC. The deployer bought 11,816,777.738684 MEME at 20:30:43. The project's first identified public X announcement followed at 20:31:02.268.
That puts the deployer purchase 38 seconds after deployment and 19.268 seconds before the announcement. The dossier derives X times from post identifiers and uses explorer timestamps for the chain events. The subsecond comparison combines those two systems; it should be read with that method in mind.
The sequence raises a launch-fairness question. It does not demonstrate that a named influencer received a private tip. The contract was already visible onchain, and the buyer in this event was the deployer.
What the screenshot got wrong
The accusation relied partly on similar displayed token balances. Yet the displayed average-entry market caps ranged from approximately $40,700 to $10.2 million. Estimated gross entry spend ranged from approximately $415 to $73,440. These are radically different entry conditions.
The image was a current-position table sorted by dollar value. For one token at one current price, sorting by current value also sorts by token balance. Adjacent rows with similar balances are therefore expected. That visual similarity does not establish coordinated purchases. The spend estimates are reconstructed from rounded screenshot values, not exact trade accounting.
The investor relationship deserves its own question
The dossier cites Fomo's 2025 fundraising announcement listing Frankdegods and Rowdy as investors or strategic partners. The supplied trader screenshot did not visibly label that relationship. Readers evaluating a platform's apparent success stories should be able to distinguish an ordinary customer from an investor in the platform.
The attributed Frankdegods wallet bought after the public announcement; the attributed Rowdy wallet's first trade was several hours later. Those identities rely on an unofficial resolver plus balance matching, not a conclusive public signed declaration from both people. The dossier found no verified link from the deployer to either person or to the other screenshot handles.
The conclusion to preserve
The early deployer purchase and the investor relationship are legitimate issues to examine. Common control, a private tip, coordinated dumping and illegal insider trading were not established by this record. The attached public dossier includes the complete timeline, calculations, addresses, transaction links and attribution limits.
