It is time for intelligence and decency to return to CT.
If we want to be taken seriously,
if we want to be seen as more than a crowd addicted to charts, tolerating scams, and kneeling to the loudest and richest voices on the timeline,
then we must change what we reward, what we discuss, and what we amplify.
Crypto did not start as entertainment, a casino, or a giveaway party.
Remember, it started as a response to broken systems.
Built by engineers, cryptographers, and thinkers who cared about architecture, incentives, and long term consequences.
CT used to reflect that. And now?
Today it' just dopamine, pump and dumbs, tickers, charts, 1000x, airdrop, and the bootlickers of dictators and KOLs who set the tone and should be sitting in primary school.
Most assets are centralized on CEXs and that these CEXs define the prices for the entire ecosystem.
Corrupt presidents do business with exactly these CEXs while all of them enrich themselves at our expense.
What are we doing?
We scroll past threads about protocol design or ignore discussions about security models.
Unserious people playing with unserious money, trapped by the opinions that billionaires throw at us every single day.
We did this to ourselves.
We replaced builders with personalities.
Charts became content.
Fake volume became credibility.
What we should do instead?
Less charts and tickers. More substance please.
Less discriminatory, more forward thinking.
More substance. Less shilling.
More decency. Less hate.
Because charts do not explain why something should exist.
They only show that something is moving.
CT should be a place where projects are dissected.
Where token models are questioned.
Where architecture is debated.
Where future chains and real use cases are discussed without tribal screaming.
If we want the outside world to stop seeing crypto as a circus,
we must stop acting like one.
Less noise.
