Binance users in the Europe, did any of you receive an email from Binance saying they are unable to comply with MiCA by July 1 and that services may therefore be restricted or shut down in your country?

Can you share it please?

Context: Binance has withdrawn its MiCA licence application in Greece and says it will pursue authorisation in another EU Member State instead.

Under MiCA, a crypto service provider needs proper EU authorisation.

If Binance gets it in time through another Member State, it may continue operating across the EU.

If not, this could lead to restrictions, transition issues, or service withdrawals depending on the country.

This is absolutely insane and once again shows what kind of mess Binance really is.

The largest and shadiest CEX in the industry has known for a long time that it had to comply with MiCA, yet just a few days before the deadline they still apparently have not managed to get their regulatory house in order.

Honestly, I do not believe Binance will manage to obtain a MiCA licence in just a handful of days.

And that alone says a lot about Binance when it comes to transparency, accountability and customer protection.

They knew this was coming for a long time, yet here we are, days before the deadline, with uncertainty, jurisdiction hopping and vague messaging instead of clear answers.
