I calculated that I have spent roughly 2,400 hours over the last 2 years uncovering things that later went viral here, answering personal help requests, checking risks, warning people and doing research for free.
In total, I received around $400 from this space.
That is about $0.17 per hour.
And this does not even include the roughly 7,000 token checks our team members did for free through the app.
A small update from my side as a builder who often gets sidelined here, although maybe 2 or 3 people are actually interested.
But the thought of posting a product here, praising it, telling people how great it is and putting my name behind things I cannot fully control makes my skin crawl.
What disappoints me most about this space rn is how different the reality is from the opportunities everyone keeps talking about...or how it changed. That applies to building useful things too, not talking about trading.
