  1. Keep four parts visible

A useful finding contains a claim narrow enough to test. The reader should be able to identify the asset or system, the relevant time, the source and the specific observation. A screenshot without context or a large number without a definition leaves too much work to inference.

Keep four parts visible

State what was observed, how it was obtained, what conclusion follows and what additional evidence would be needed for a stronger claim. Preserve the original record even when the interpretation changes. Record corrections with dates rather than quietly replacing an earlier conclusion.

For named people, distinguish a documented relationship, an allegation, a settlement and a judgment. An undisclosed conflict can be significant without proving a coordinated scheme. Conversely, correcting a false numerical claim does not erase a separately supported red flag.

The FOMO dossier demonstrates both directions: it rejects the same-entry claim while retaining the deployer's earlier purchase and the investor-disclosure question. The standard is the same whether the result strengthens or weakens an accusation.
